Audience Loyalty

following a presentation to members on the benefits of improving audience loyalty by Katy Raines of DixonRaines, ANE secured funding from the Arts Council, Northern Film and Media and The North East Regional Museums Hub for 15 members to each receive an audience loyalty healthcheck.

The resulting healthchecks measure the organisation against the national benchmark and make recommendations for improvements. Three organisations followed up the healthchecks for commissioning further work by DixonRaines to improve audience loyalty.

It is intended to reinforce the findings of the healthchecks with a members’ meeting on customer service.
