Fierce Earth has been contracted by Arts Council England, North East to explore the potential for a major new festival of live art, performance, interdisciplinary and site-specific work.
ANE was commissioned to gather and interpret information about the potential audience for the performance art festival, both in terms of size and behaviour. Thereafter to produce an audience development report.
