Tyneside Cinema relocated back to its historic site on Pilgrim Street in Newcastle, following an extensive capital development project which restored and refreshed the building and facilities.

In order to assess customer reaction to the changes, Tyneside Cinema introduced a self completion questionnaire and ANE was commissioned to evaluate the results of the survey. Various variables were measured including method of travel, regularity and reason for visit to Tyneside Cinema, demographics and postcode analysis.
