Audiences North East (ANE) has been re-commissioned to undertake the visitor survey at the historic Bowes Museum in Barnard Castle.
Audiences North East (ANE) has designed self-completion questionnaires that will be distributed by The Bowes Museum from July 2010 to June 2011. ANE will analyse the responses from the questionnaires and produce an interim report after each season in October 2010 and February 2011and then a cumulative report of the whole year’s findings in June 2011.
The visitor surveys will investigate the following:
· Visitor satisfaction of The Bowes Museum
· Effectiveness of communication methods
· Visitor’s motives for attending
· Visitor profile
· Contact details for The Bowes Museum’s mailing list
