Tapping into word of mouth

Wednesday 20 May, 2009

The half-day workshop will be led by Molly Flatt, word of mouth marketing evangelist for 1000heads, a specialist agency which has quickly established itself as a world leader in the WOM field with innovative campaigns including the groundbreaking 7th Syndikate game for the Victoria & Albert Museum, during which 35 ‘core agents’ seeded information to over 90,000 people across 50 different mediascapes. Molly will explore what creates good (and bad) word of mouth, what methods there are for generating positive word of mouth, and the role of new technology.

The workshop is aimed at disseminating up-to-the-minute intelligence to marketing personnel of all levels including senior management.
